Ever wondered what people Google about your state? What the stereotypes are? Well don’t fear, there is a map out there of the top autocomplete results for each state. Apparently people wonder why Iowa is boring, Illinois is broke, Alaska is seismically active (really – did you go through middle school science class?), North Carolina is so bad this year, Nebraska is so important to the Big 12, and Florida is so trashy.

The one I really don’t understand is why so many people are googling “Why is New Mexico so enchanting.” But then again people out there are googling why Utah is so salty.
